Seven Jumps is a Danish Dance for Children. It combines walking or skipping with balancing, and is a great challenge for young dancers and elders alike! Arranged for Høstedans by Alice Blankenship.
We invite you to join in the dance!
July 28th, 2022, 6:00pm-8:00pm at Island Park in Springfield, Oregon, Høstedans will perform traditional Scandinavian folk dance music as well as music of Brahms, Bartok, Shostakovich and Piazzolla. Guest appearance by the Junction City Summer Youth Dancers, and audience members of all ages are invited to learn several of the easy children's dances. Come join in the dance!
